Role Overview

We seek a driven Account Executive with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team of 6 AEs (including 3 mid-market specialists). You will sell our Enterprise plans (https://n8n.io/pricing/?selfHosted=true) and report initially to Ben, our VP Sales, then to a Senior Sales Manager.

Responsibilities
  1. Own the full sales cycle (average 2-3 months) from opportunity detection to drafting offers.
  2. Manage inbound (70-80%) and outbound (20-30%) lead generation strategies.
  3. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with decision-makers in DevOps, engineering, and IT.
  4. Improve sales processes and collaborate with product teams for customer feedback.
Key Success Factors
  • Approximately 800 inbound leads per month.
  • Support from solution consultants and product teams.
  • Strong community engagement with about 50% inbound leads being product-qualified.
Minimum Requirements
  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience closing mid-market deals (4-figure deals).
  • Consistently met or exceeded a +600K ARR quota.
  • Top 10% performer in previous sales teams.
  • Highly technical sales experience or engineering background.
  • Entrepreneurial and hunter mindsets, with proven outbound sales success.
  • Fluent in German and English; based in Europe.
