TalentCo is excited to collaborate with an AI InsurTech startup (Y-Combinator backed) seeking to hire an exceptional Mid-Market Account Executive for their expanding team in London.

After completing their pre-seed funding in 2024, they are preparing to close a significant seed round in Q2 2025, making this an ideal time to add a top-tier seller to their founder-led sales efforts.

The team consists of 12 highly driven professionals, working in a hybrid model from their central London office.

As a Mid-Market Account Executive, your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities through a disciplined, analytics-driven lead generation process, managing a well-organized sales funnel
• Driving revenue growth for 2025 by leading impactful sales initiatives, executing plans, and acquiring new clients within the UK insurance industry
• Building lasting client relationships through consistent communication, trust, and excellent service

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have at least 3 years of successful experience and over-achievement in a closing role within SaaS sales
• Are experts in high-velocity mid-market SaaS sales, comfortable with deal sizes of £30k-£80k ARR (larger deals are possible, but mid-market velocity is key)
• Have a proven track record of closing new business at VC-backed startups or similar high-growth environments
