About the Role

After completing our 3-6 month training program with our Sales Training team, you will own building your own customer portfolio with new and existing shippers. You will be the main contact for TransLoop, focusing on building trust and leveraging our technology, carrier network, and top talent to establish nationwide partnerships. This role requires a self-driven, organized sales professional. We aim to build the most elite sales team in logistics and seek top talent.

This is a high-impact role influencing TransLoop's growth and future.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and expand customer relationships through lead generation and prospecting
  • Build a strong sales pipeline and qualify leads
  • Identify opportunities to enhance our offerings and sales strategies
  • Utilize our leading technology platform
  • Create and execute strategies to onboard new customers
  • Develop and refine sales processes

What You’ll Need

  • Relevant experience in supply chain, sales, or customer service
  • Logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Proven high performance in previous roles
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Bonus Points

  • Degree in supply chain, logistics, or sales
  • Experience selling in 3PL, transportation, or tech sectors
  • Background in pharmaceutical, professional sports, or other sales roles
