We are looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to join our growing team and drive real impact. You’ll be at the heart of our business growth, bringing in new clients, building powerful relationships, and helping us expand into exciting new markets.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify new business opportunities with e-commerce and multi-channel retailers
  • Manage a pipeline of 20-25 opportunities per quarter from a mix of partner, marketing, and outbound sources
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales to create strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities
  • Foster relationships with prospective clients, assess their needs, and formulate compelling proposals to address those needs.
  • Co-sell with Patchworks’ network of tech and agency partners to effectively pitch to prospective clients
  • Attend conferences and events to establish connections with industry partners, while staying up to date with emerging trends.
  • Develop and implement sales forecasts, actively working towards achieving set targets
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of the company's products, industry competition, and strategic positioning
  • Work alongside Solution Engineers to effectively demo the product and build compelling proof of concept engagements
  • Work collaboratively with various teams across the Company to ensure all requirements are met.

What you’ll Need:

  • Proven experience in B2B software sales, with a focus on Cloud, SaaS, Martech, and Commerce preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding targets and expectations.
  • Confidence in selling and adept at handling objections both over the phone, email, and in person.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in using HubSpot CRM and experienced in leveraging sales productivity tools (Gong as an example)
  • Strong interest in receiving coaching and passionate about improving sales craft
  • Strong work ethic, proactive, and consistently engaged in meaningful tasks.
  • Highly self-motivated, always striving to surpass targets.
  • Experience in prospecting through various channels.
