About the Role

After completing our 3-6 month training program with our Sales Training team, you will take full ownership of building your own customer base with new and existing shipper partners. You will be the main contact for TransLoop, focusing on building trust and leveraging our technology, carrier network, and top talent to develop nationwide partnerships. This role requires a well-organized, self-starting sales professional. We aim to build the most elite sales team in the logistics industry and are looking for top talent.

This is a high-impact role with a significant influence on our growth and future prospects.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop new and expand existing customer relationships, including lead generation
  • Build and qualify a robust sales pipeline
  • Identify opportunities to enhance our offerings and sales strategies
  • Utilize our advanced tech platform
  • Create and implement strategies to onboard new customers
  • Develop new sales processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service daily

What You’ll Need

  • Relevant experience in supply chain, sales, or customer service
  • Logistics experience is a plus but not required
  • A proven track record of high performance
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
