Job summary

Black Kite Studios is looking for a 2D Artist to deliver creative excellence across high-profile VFX projects. You will work with VFX Supervisors and Leads to integrate live-action and CG elements, establishing looks and driving technical approaches.

You will apply diverse compositing techniques and collaborate with the VFX team to deliver outstanding work on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• History of delivering outstanding VFX work across commercials, TV or film.
• Knowledge of compositing workflows and techniques.
• Ability to collaborate with VFX team and producers to deliver on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Create outstanding creative VFX work.
• Seamlessly integrate live action and CG elements into shots.
• Develop visual solutions for a broad range of shots with VFX Supervisor and artists.
• Use a wide range of compositing techniques including 2D tracking, matte extraction, layering, color grading.
• Collaborate and communicate with the wider VFX team to ensure creative excellence.
