MAG (Airports Group) is seeking a talented Mid-Weight Creative with a passion for digital design and motion. You will bring ideas to life through visual design, animation and digital content across web, email, social and paid media.

You will transform strategic thinking into engaging assets that support commercial goals, with strong typography, layout and brand application. This role offers flexibility across offices, remote work and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated graphic design fundamentals with typography, layout and color.
• Experience creating assets for web, email, social and paid media.
• Knowledge of motion design and animation principles for digital campaigns.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience using Figma for digital design and collaboration.
• Build a portfolio showing digital design, branding and motion work.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging digital assets for marketing campaigns across web, email, social media and paid media.
• Develop motion graphics and animations to boost impact of creative work.
• Translate campaign concepts into high‑quality visual executions.
• Collaborate with Creative and Strategy teams to maintain quality and consistency.
• Explore new design and motion trends to improve output.
• Help maintain and evolve brand guidelines across digital touchpoints.
