The Role

We’re looking for a mid-level Full-Stack Developer with a good knowledge of software development principles, some UX sensibility, and product management experience to help to develop the next phases of our digital transformation. You’ll work closely with our software team to rebuild and scale our platform.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead development of new scalable features for automating internal processes
2. Collaborate with the internal development team to design and deploy our solutions
3. Collaborate with all the internal stakeholders to collect and formalise feature requirements

Minimum Requirements

1. 2+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Software Developer
2. Proven experience with scalable and distributed architectures
3. Deep understanding of development principles and teamwork
4. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and lead parts of the product process
5. Experience with modern cloud technologies (e.g. AWS)
6. Knowledge of Angular (TypeScript, HTML, CSS)
7. 1+ years of experience with NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB)
8. Good knowledge of C# (e.g. ASP.NET)
9. Basic knowledge of Python and MATLAB is favourable
10. 2+ years of experience in the motorsport industry
11. Basic knowledge of signal processing
12. Experience working in fast-paced start-ups or tech-led businesses
