The Opportunity
We're hiring a Front-End Engineer with strong experience in React and TypeScript to join a high-performing engineering team. You'll be designing and building modern, user-focused interfaces that directly solve business problems and scale for future growth.
You'll work across the full development lifecycle, from rapid prototyping in Figma through to delivery and automated testing, in a collaborative, Agile environment where engineering quality really matters.
Design, build, and maintain web-based UIs with React and TypeScript
Deliver production-grade code with a focus on automated testing (unit and integration)
Collaborate with BAs, QA Engineers, and PMs to deliver business-aligned solutions
Create prototypes and wireframes in Figma (or similar) for feedback and iteration
Contribute across the full lifecycle, helping develop and share T-shaped skills across the team
Promote Agile practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Maintain clear documentation of code, processes, and systems
3+ years' experience in professional web application development
Recent hands-on experience with React functional components (other frameworks considered)
Strong background in writing unit and integration tests for UIs
Familiarity with contract-first design methodologies
Comfortable working with wireframing tools (Figma or similar)
Experience with or other isomorphic frameworks (preferred)
Exposure to monorepo tooling (NX, Yarn workspaces, etc.)
Experience working in Agile environments with strong delivery focus
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and design UIs that deliver business value
Knowledge of AWS solutions (beneficial)
Strong TypeScript/JavaScript proficiency and solid CSS skills
Awareness of UX and accessibility principles
Experience with Git (version control) and JIRA (backlog management)
Clear communicator with strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
