Job summary

Forward Role Recruitment is seeking an AWS DevOps Engineer (eDV) for national security programmes. The role is based in key national security hubs and offers a salary ranging from £60,000 to £90,000 plus depending on SFIA grading.

You will work with AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Linux and CI/CD, applying Infrastructure as Code and automation to raise platform reliability and delivery velocity while maintaining strict security requirements. Active eDV clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Active eDV clearance is required.
• Mid-level / SFIA 4-ish level of experience.
• Experience building secure cloud platforms for national security programmes.

Responsibilities

• Build, improve and automate secure cloud platforms for live national security programmes.
• Own cloud infrastructure tasks beyond BAU, with emphasis on reliability and security.
• Collaborate with engineers to raise tooling quality and delivery speed.
