Hippo Digital is hiring Intermediate Delivery Managers to join our growing consultancy in Manchester and across the UK. You will embed agile ways of working, lead multi‑disciplinary teams, and drive delivery through ceremonies, planning and reviews.

You’ll be a natural leader, advocate user‑centred design, and help the team overcome obstacles while fostering continuous improvement and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering digital projects in agile teams.
• Knowledge and experience of Agile and Scrum working practices (SCRUM/Lean).
• Comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams of various configurations and sizes.
• Knowledge and experience of collaboration and project management tools.
• Understand user-centred design principles and practices.
• Experience working with a range of stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Help to build and maintain the team on-site, ensuring motivation and cohesion.
• Embed agile ways of working and run ceremonies (stand‑ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives, show and tells).
• Identify obstacles and help the team to overcome them.
• Facilitate and track team risks and dependencies.
• Help the team focus on priorities to deliver the product or service.
• Encourage continuous improvement of the delivery team.
• Coach and mentor team members to apply agile and lean tools.
• Build strong relationships with team and stakeholders.
