• Degree in design or equivalent
• Experience with 3D Studio Max essential; Blender and V-Ray advantageous
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop)
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines
• Willingness to embrace AI technologies and showcase a strong portfolio

Responsibilities

• Create 3D renderings and presentations for retail display concepts
• Manage design projects from concept through production, meeting timelines and budgets
• Familiar with materials, finishes and processes for retail and POS
• Liaise confidently with clients and suppliers to present ideas
• Work with the creative team to develop new concepts collaboratively
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure feasibility and quality of designs
• Research and apply new design trends, materials and technologies to stay at industry forefront
