Job summary

Redd Retail Group is seeking a Mid-Level 3D Creative Designer in Leicestershire to lead the design and development of retail display solutions, collaborating with clients and internal teams. The role requires proficiency in 3D Studio Max, Blender, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite; you will create renderings, manage projects from concept to production, and stay ahead of trends.

Degree in design or equivalent
Experience with 3D Studio Max essential; Blender and V-Ray advantageous
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop)
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines
Willingness to embrace AI technologies and showcase a strong portfolio

Responsibilities

Create 3D renderings and presentations for retail display concepts
Manage design projects from concept through production, meeting timelines and budgets
Familiar with materials, finishes and processes for retail and POS
Liaise confidently with clients and suppliers to present ideas
Work with the creative team to develop new concepts collaboratively
Coordinate with production teams to ensure feasibility and quality of designs
Research and apply new design trends, materials and technologies to stay at industry forefront
