Job description

Due to the business developing and growing at a rapid pace, there are 2 newly created positions and exciting opportunities to work for one of the most reputable National Brokers within the UK today as Mid-Corporate Account Executives.

You would inherit a small book of clients sized book of commercial clients, and also be required to develop new business with full sales support around you.

They have fantastic resources within and a very experienced handler/broking teams to fully support you with your client portfolio, with premiums ranging from £10k to over £250K plus.

ROLE OVERVIEW

  • Advisory provides risk solutions to businesses across a large number of sectors within the UK. Typically, clients will be Mid-Market companies where you will interact with the owners or their MDs and FDs to provide them with a local relationship with their broker, who can provide a tailored approach.
  • Our clients typically require bespoke insurance programmes and associated risk management and risk transfer services. Besides being the insurance broker, the team provides clients with a claims service and advice on risk management across most industries.
  • Build client relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Seek out new business opportunities and along with educating the clients on the company’s other products and services that are available via cross sell
  • Manage your own pipeline of new opportunities and continue to refresh and build on this.
  • Seek out referrals from existing clients and connections.

This could be a hybrid home working role dependant on where you reside, with the requirement to be in their Leeds office on occasions for meetings and broking strategies.

It is essential that you can communicate effectively at all levels and manage your own time effectively as there is a great deal of autonomy provided with this role.

A very generous basic salary would be provided (£40k to £65k), car/car allowance, attractive bonus, and excellent benefits would be provided with this opportunity.
