The successful candidate will work across departments, sharing best practices and case studies. The main responsibilities include curating existing Microsoft resources, creating institution-specific learning materials, and developing sessions to raise awareness of key tools such as Power Automate, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power BI, and Copilot. The overarching goal is to increase awareness and enthusiasm for these technologies, especially among administrative staff, through engaging instruction on best practices.
