Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Technician

Pertemps are recruiting for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Technician for their client in the Stoke on Trent area on a temp to perm basis.

For this Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Technician role you will be responsible for:
  • Provide first and second-level support for issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems within Dynamics 365 applications and integrations
  • Support end-users by addressing questions and promoting best practices
  • Coordinate with Microsoft and external partners as needed
  • Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and performance tuning
  • Assist with data migration, backups, and recovery processes
  • Document support procedures, resolutions, and user guides
  • Participate in testing and rollout of new features and system updates
  • Escalate complex issues to Dynamics 365 developers or external consultants

For this Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Technician role you will require the following:
  • Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (especially CRM, Sales, or Finance)
  • Knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus
  • Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases is beneficial
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team environment

For this Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Technician role you will require the following certifications:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals certification or similar is preferred

Details for this for this Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Technician role:
Working hours: Monday to Friday 0900am – 1700pm
Salary: 25k – 50k depending on level of experience
Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme
