Are you an experienced Power Platform Developer skilled at building smart, scalable business solutions? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, turning complex requirements into practical applications using Microsoft’s low-code tools?

Our Global Technology Services (GTS) Automation Team is looking for a motivated and skilled Power Platform Developer to join our growing Centre of Excellence. In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing, developing and deploying Power Platform solutions across a diverse, global business — delivering meaningful change through innovation and collaboration.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing, building and maintaining solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Power Platform solutions
  • Managing assigned development mandates from definition through to delivery and post-implementation support
  • Creating clear and concise technical documentation and ensuring smooth handover to operational teams
  • Supporting the evolution of development standards, processes and best practices within the Automation Team
  • Keeping up to date with the latest Power Platform capabilities and contributing to our roadmap adoption of new tools like Power Pages and Co-Pilot
  • Providing technical advice and mentorship to junior team members and non-technical stakeholders
  • Working closely with other IT teams, business analysts and project managers to ensure alignment on solutions and integration with wider systems

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) and Power Automate
  • Practical experience working with Dataverse or similar relational data sources
  • Proficient understanding of Microsoft 365 services commonly used with Power Platform (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Azure tools such as Logic Apps, Function Apps, and DevOps
  • A structured approach to development, with the ability to document, test and support your solutions
  • Effective communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to self-manage tasks within a small, fast-paced technical team

Location

This role is predominantly home-based and can be performed remotely - occasional visits to our recently refurbished Peterborough office on Lynchwood Business Park may be required. The office offers a modern working environment, excellent public transport links, free onsite parking, complimentary drinks, a daily free lunch option, and a welcoming team culture.
