The Role

We’re seeking a talented Fabric/Data Consultant with expertise in Azure and Power BI to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with cutting-edge technology, developing robust data architectures, and driving strategic business intelligence initiatives. • Proven experience in data engineering with exposure to Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, or Databricks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or a strong willingness to learn and adapt to its ecosystem.
• Proficiency in Python programming, focusing on data manipulation and engineering.
• A genuine interest in data science and a drive to expand skills into predictive analytics, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for optimizing workflows.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to thrive in a consultancy environment.
• Data modeling experience and understanding of the Kimball methodology.
• DP-600 – Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate certification.

Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Designing, building, and optimizing high-performance data pipelines and ETL workflows using tools like Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Implementing scalable solutions to ingest, store, and transform large datasets, ensuring data quality and availability.
• Writing clean, efficient, and reusable Python code for data engineering tasks.
• Collaborating with data scientists and stakeholders to support machine learning initiatives and data modeling.
• Researching and integrating the latest cloud-based technologies and frameworks to drive innovation.
