Responsibilities:

• Partner directly with clients to identify data challenges and develop tailored solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
• Design innovative data architectures integrating tools like Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, and Power BI.
• Manage the full lifecycle of solution delivery, from concept through deployment, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and integration.
• Create intelligent data models and pipelines for real-time insights and cross-platform access.
• Identify and resolve performance issues, optimizing system speed, reliability, and efficiency.
• Ensure data security and compliance, embedding best practices at every architecture layer.
• Mentor technical teams, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and risks effectively.
• Provide training and support to clients to maximize their data solution benefits.

Experience Required:

• 7–10 years of experience in data architecture or engineering, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric components.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL, SQL, cloud platforms, and real-time data processing.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in client-facing roles.
