Responsibilities:

• Partner directly with clients to uncover data challenges and craft tailored solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
• Lead the design of cutting-edge data architectures that integrate tools like Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, and Power BI.
• Drive end-to-end solution delivery—from concept to deployment—ensuring performance, scalability, and seamless integration.
• Build intelligent data models and pipelines that power real-time insights and cross-platform accessibility.
• Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks, optimizing systems for speed, reliability, and efficiency.
• Champion data security and compliance, embedding best practices into every layer of the architecture.
• Mentor and inspire technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Take ownership of project delivery, managing scope, timelines, resources, and risks with precision.
• Empower clients through training and support, enabling them to maximize the value of their data solutions.

Experience Required:

• 7–10 years in data architecture or engineering, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric components.
• Strong grasp of data modelling, ETL, SQL, cloud platforms, and real-time data processing.
• Confident communicator with experience in client-facing roles.
