London (Hybrid - 1 day per week in office, with occasional client site visits)

£105,000 - £115,000 + £4,000 car allowance + 10% bonus

Overview

A leading global consultancy is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Solution Architect to spearhead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. This is a high-impact role where you’ll help shape the future technology landscape for key clients across public and private sectors.

You’ll provide both strategic and hands-on technical leadership, working across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure to deliver transformative business applications.

Key Responsibilities

· Architect and deliver robust, scalable solutions using Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, aligned to client requirements and business goals.

· Lead end-to-end solution design and technical governance across large programmes, ensuring integration with broader enterprise systems.

· Configure and customise Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) and extend functionality using JavaScript, plugins, and workflow assemblies.

· Leverage Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Power Portals.

· Integrate solutions with Microsoft Azure services, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, WebJobs, and Azure Functions.

· Translate complex business needs into clear technical solutions, and support stakeholder engagement throughout delivery.

· Participate in pre-sales, proposal development, and client solution workshops.

· Contribute to internal capability development and delivery best practices.

Skills & Experience Required

· Eligible for UK Security Clearance (5 years of continuous UK residency and a valid passport).

· Proven experience in a client-facing or consulting environment with excellent communication and documentation skills.

· Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement suite (Sales, Service, Marketing).

· Advanced experience with Power Platform tools and Azure services.

· Skilled in full configuration and customisation of Dynamics 365 solutions.

· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

· End-to-end project lifecycle experience, from pre-sales through to implementation and support.

· Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on when required.
