Job Description

Our client is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solutions Architect with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role. The architect will serve as the design authority, advocating for all aspects of the Dynamics CRM solution.

The role involves working with stakeholders to develop and enhance the Dynamics platform, overseeing design, architecture, and implementation of the global platform. You will lead the conceptualization, design, and delivery of high-quality solutions across Dynamics CRM, Marketing, Portal, and integration platforms.

You will utilize your in-depth knowledge of MS Dynamics to address technical challenges across the client's 30+ sites, preparing architectural documents and acting as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure effective solution integration.

The role requires ensuring adherence to Microsoft Dynamics best practices, leveraging technologies like JScript, C#, PowerApps, and other MS Technologies to enhance solutions and develop proofs of concept. You will also investigate new technologies, keep up-to-date with platform changes, and mitigate product risks.

Additional responsibilities include organizing discovery workshops, providing technical design support, and maintaining certifications such as MS Dynamics CRM, Microsoft certifications, Cloud solutions, and TOGAF or equivalent.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in solution architecture, Dynamics CRM configuration and customization, and experience in global and remote team environments. Experience in the education sector and DevOps practices is a plus.
