Job Title: Technical Lead – Dynamics 365

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / ROLE PURPOSE

This role is key in ensuring our Dynamics environment supports business agility, enables growth and delivers seamless user experiences that are underpinned by thoughtful architecture, strong governance and a collaborative mindset.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Architect and design end to end D365 solutions across key business functions, ensuring performance, scalability and maintainability.
• Lead the technical direction of the Dynamics Environment, defining standards, best practices and governance.
• Act as a subject matter expert for D365, providing architectural oversight and mentoring team members
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Business Operations, Intelligence and other departments to understand requirements and translate them into robust system solutions.
• Contribute to and influence the strategic roadmap for the dynamics environment, identifying future needs, system enhancements and integration opportunities.
• Oversee the design and implementation of system integrations, data flows, and automation across the Microsoft ecosystem including Power Platform and Azure.
• Guide and Support a small team of consultants and developers promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Ensure system documentation, change control and release management processes are well established and followed.
• Monitor industry trends and innovations in Dynamics 365 to proactively bring forward ideas and improvements.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Extensive experience architecting and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across modules and business areas in both CRM and F&O
• Strong understanding of Power Platform, Azure integrations and the Microsoft technology stack.
• Leadership capabilities, mentoring or leading a technical team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for aligning technology with business goals
• Comfortable operating in a fast paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities.
• Experience within IT services, MSP’s or complex business environments
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, solution lifecycle management and agile delivery methodologies.
