What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an accomplished consultant with a strong track record in Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, confident leading client engagements and mentoring junior consultants. You’ll be a trusted advisor to clients, shaping digital strategies that drive long-term value.

Ideal Experience:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Finance
• Proven experience leading or managing a team within Dynamics 365 projects
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central and the Power Platform (We are not looking for F&O experience)
• Skilled in client relationship management and digital strategy consulting
• Strong understanding of CRM/ERP systems and modern cloud deployment models
• Microsoft certifications are a bonus but not essential
• Client Leadership – Be the face of the consultancy in key meetings, shaping roadmaps and digital strategy
• Project Ownership – Drive full project lifecycle using Agile methodologies, ensuring excellence in delivery
• Solution Architecture – Collaborate with delivery teams to design and implement tailored Dynamics 365/Power Platform solutions
• Business Development – Contribute to proposals, bids, and client pitches, adding real value through your insights
• Team Mentorship – Lead, coach, and inspire junior consultants to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
