- Configure and optimise ExFlow modules for invoice capture, approval workflows, data extraction, e-invoicing, and vendor statement management.
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support for ExFlow and D365 integrations.
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and project teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of ExFlow within existing D365 environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to ExFlow and D365 AP processes.

- Proven experience as a D365 Consultant with a focus on Finance & Operations and/or Business Central modules.
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise with ExFlow AP Automation, including configuration, deployment, and support.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, invoice automation, and financial workflow optimisation.
- Ability to run client workshops, document requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to train end-users and liaise with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with data migration, testing, and user acceptance processes in D365 projects.
- Commercial awareness and a focus on delivering measurable ROI for clients.
Desirable Qualifications
- Accounting or finance background, particularly in accounts payable.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Experience with other AP automation or financial process automation tools.
- Familiarity with Power Platform, Power Automate, or related Microsoft technologies.
