• Translating business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Collaborating with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Consultants, and Developers on solution design.
• Recommending the best implementation approach across configuration, custom development, and third-party tools.
• Developing Proofs of Concept.
• Analysing and troubleshooting issues to support root cause identification.
• Leading custom development activities through to delivery.
• Completing and documenting configuration work as required.
• Contributing to architectural decisions and best practice.

The Role

Working within a multidisciplinary project team, you will design, develop, and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions aligned to client requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Translating business requirements into robust technical solutions




• Collaborating with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Consultants, and Developers on solution design




• Recommending the best implementation approach across configuration, custom development, and third-party tools




• Developing Proofs of Concept




• Analysing and troubleshooting issues to support root cause identification




• Leading custom development activities through to delivery




• Completing and documenting configuration work as required




• Contributing to architectural decisions and best practice




• Working within structured, quality-driven development methodologies

About You

You are a proactive and analytical Dynamics professional who thrives in a client-focused environment and enjoys working on complex technical challenges.

Essential experience (2–3+ years):

• Microsoft Dynamics 365




• Microsoft SharePoint Online




• Microsoft Power Platform




• Agile delivery methodologies




• Azure DevOps




• Proven track record of successful delivery

• Eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC) — UK resident for 5+ years with limited travel outside the UK

• Experience with .NET, MVC, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks




• Previous customer-facing experience
