Job Description:

Role Overview: We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Solutions Architect with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role. The architect will be the design authority, leading the development and implementation of our global Dynamics CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and oversee the architecture of the Dynamics CRM solution across multiple sites and interfaces.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance and develop the platform.
3. Lead the conceptualization, design, and delivery of solutions including CRM, Marketing, Portal, and integrations.
4. Address technical design challenges using in-depth MS Dynamics knowledge.
5. Prepare architectural documents for solutions and seek approval.
6. Act as the interface between business, product owners, and technical teams.
7. Ensure best practices based on Microsoft Dynamics standards.
8. Utilize technologies like JScript, C#, PowerApps, and related MS technologies for development and proof of concepts.
9. Stay updated with the latest platform changes and technologies.
10. Identify and mitigate product risks.
11. Conduct discovery workshops and demonstrations for requirements and solutions.
12. Support the Global Applications team with technical design and support processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications and other Microsoft certifications.
• Cloud solution certifications.
• TOGAF or equivalent certification.
• 7+ years experience as a Solution Architect.
• 7+ years experience with Dynamics CRM configuration and customization.
• Experience with all Dynamics areas including CRM, Marketing, Customer Service, Portal.
• Strong solution design and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with development tools like Visual Studio.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and English proficiency.
• Experience working in global and remote teams.
• Experience in the education sector and with DevOps practices.

Salary: £70K - £85K plus benefits.

Location: Milton Keynes.
