Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CE Power Platform Solution Architect

Location: London (Hybrid working with weekly client site visits)

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum + Bonus + Generous Package

This exciting opportunity allows the successful candidate to play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions for a UK Central Government client, as well as work in a highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and deliver large-scale Dynamics 365 CE solutions, focusing on the Customer Service module.
  2. Provide technical leadership in building solutions using Power Platform technologies such as Power Apps and Power Automate.
  3. Engage with clients to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, high-performance solutions.
  4. Oversee integration design, ensuring seamless connections between Dynamics 365 CE and external systems.
  5. Lead technical discussions, enforce best practices, and ensure solutions comply with security and governance standards.
Ideal Candidate:
  1. Extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE, particularly the Customer Service module.
  2. Proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of Power Platform.
