They ensure solutions meet user needs, goals, and objectives of our clients, and that any development can scale. They follow and promote software engineering best practices, working as part of a team to deliver innovative, cloud-first software solutions with a strong focus on DevOps from design to production.

Hybrid working

The work location varies between Company offices, client sites, and your home, depending on your role and needs. Note that you will not be able to work 100% from home.

Your role

This is a delivery-focused role working on a single client project at a time.

• Lead the development and implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Design solutions and configure Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, extending capabilities through customization.
• Build solutions in an agile team using declarative tools, Microsoft accelerators, and following software engineering best practices.
• Contribute ideas to improve Microsoft Business Applications capabilities and see them implemented.

Your Skills And Experience

• Enthusiasm for Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, understanding their capabilities and limitations.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 SDK and tooling.
• Knowledge of .Net, Microsoft Dataverse Web API, and related technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD, preferably using Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of the Microsoft technology stack for creating solutions.
• Recent exams and certifications demonstrating ongoing learning.
• Interest in Azure development and integration, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and Service Bus. Training can be provided if needed.
