We’re partnered with a leading international Microsoft consultancy that’s launching a new Microsoft Practice across Europe. Backed by a £5m+ project pipeline and led by respected experts in the Microsoft ecosystem, this is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor of a high-growth D365 initiative.

We’re hiring D365 Finance Architects to define the blueprint for success—technically, strategically, and culturally.

You’ll play a pivotal role in designing enterprise-scale D365 Finance solutions aligned with business objectives. You’ll lead solution architecture across complex, multi-country implementations, and define best practices, methodologies, and reusable frameworks to improve delivery quality.

Beyond technical leadership, you’ll mentor consultants and shape the functional capabilities of the practice.
