A leading company is hiring for the role of Microsoft 365 Technical Consultant to support a deployment project in a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will evaluate M365 setups, assist in migration processes, and ensure compliance measures are met, requiring a combination of technical expertise and experience with M365 groups and identity management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Workplace by Meta migration is a big plus.
• Bonus: Microsoft certifications (EA, ID&A, Teams Admin).

We're looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Consultant with hands-on experience to support a deployment project in a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess our M365 tenant and Azure AD setup
• Enable & configure Viva Engage in Native Mode
• Plan community structure, governance, and compliance
• Support technical testing, migration, and documentation

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience with M365 groups, identity management, and compliance
• Familiarity with Workplace by Meta migration is a big plus
• Bonus: PowerShell scripting, Microsoft certifications (EA, ID&A, Teams Admin)
