A leading company in the technology sector is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Consultant to support a deployment project in Portsmouth. This role involves assessing M365 setups, enabling Viva Engage, and ensuring compliance within a complex environment. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience, knowledge of identity management, and familiarity with Microsoft certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience with M365 configuration and management.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting is a bonus.
• Microsoft certifications (EA, ID&A, Teams Admin) preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess our M365 tenant and Azure AD setup
• Enable & configure Viva Engage in Native Mode
• Plan community structure, governance, and compliance
• Support technical testing, migration, and documentation

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience with M365 groups, identity management, and compliance
• Familiarity with Workplace by Meta migration is a big plus
• Bonus: PowerShell scripting, Microsoft certifications (EA, ID&A, Teams Admin)
