Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Microsoft 365 Technical Consultant.
• Knowledge of Azure AD and M365 tenant setup.
• Experience with technical testing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assess M365 tenant and Azure AD setup.
• Enable & configure Viva Engage in Native Mode.
• Plan community structure, governance, and compliance.
• Support technical testing, migration, and documentation.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience with M365 groups, identity management, and compliance
• Familiarity with Workplace by Meta migration is a big plus
• Bonus: PowerShell scripting, Microsoft certifications (EA, ID&A, Teams Admin)
