A leading UK company is hiring an experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Consultant based in Exeter. You will support a deployment project within a complex enterprise environment, focusing on M365 tenant assessment, configuration, and governance. Ideal candidates will have expertise in identity management, compliance, and may possess relevant Microsoft certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience with M365 groups and identity management is required.
• Familiarity with Workplace by Meta migration is a plus.
• Microsoft certifications in EA, ID&A, or Teams Admin are beneficial.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Assess our M365 tenant and Azure AD setup
• Enable & configure Viva Engage in Native Mode
• Plan community structure, governance, and compliance
• Support technical testing, migration, and documentation

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience with M365 groups, identity management, and compliance
• Familiarity with Workplace by Meta migration is a big plus
• Bonus: PowerShell scripting, Microsoft certifications (EA, ID&A, Teams Admin)
