Job summary

A leading company is seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Technical Consultant to support a deployment project in a complex enterprise environment in Bradford. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with M365, identity management, and governance strategy. Responsibilities include assessing M365 tenant setups, configuring Viva Engage, and assisting with technical testing and migration efforts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as Microsoft 365 Technical Consultant.
• Experience with M365 groups and Azure AD.
• Familiarity with Workplace by Meta migration is a plus.

We're looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Consultant with hands-on experience to support a deployment project in a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess our M365 tenant and Azure AD setup
• Enable & configure Viva Engage in Native Mode
• Plan community structure, governance, and compliance
• Support technical testing, migration, and documentation

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience with M365 groups, identity management, and compliance
• Familiarity with Workplace by Meta migration is a big plus
• Bonus: PowerShell scripting, Microsoft certifications (EA, ID&A, Teams Admin)
