Job Purpose:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Support Engineer to join our IT Managed Services team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supporting small, medium, and large Microsoft 365 tenants and will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Microsoft 365 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft 365, including email delivery, authentication, and collaboration tools.
  • Monitor and maintain the health and performance of the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Assist with the migration of users and data to Microsoft 365, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to implement and maintain security best practices within the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra, and more!

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting large Microsoft 365 tenants.
  • Microsoft 365 certifications (MS-100, MS-101, MS-500).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including user and license management, security and compliance, and service health monitoring.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 bulk administration and automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 migration tools and processes.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols related to Microsoft 365 services.
  • Familiarity with third-party tools and add-ons for Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
