Responsibilities

• Engineer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Purview, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and serve as an escalation point for complex M365 issues.
• Architect enterprise SharePoint site collections with governance and security focus.

Skills

Compensation

$45 – $55 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engineer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Purview, Teams, and OneDrive
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and serve as an escalation point for complex M365 issues
• Architect enterprise SharePoint site collections with governance and security focus
• Design and develop Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to streamline processes
• Configure Microsoft Purview for data protection, compliance, and auditing
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions
• Stay ahead of Microsoft 365 advancements, recommending and implementing enhancements
