Job description

Microbiology Locum Consultant Position Near London

I’m seeking an experienced Microbiology Locum Consultant for an ongoing assignment near London, with potential extension after 3 months.

Working Hours and Responsibilities

Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, including responsibilities such as Blood Culture, IPC, Serology, ICU, emails, calls, and ad hoc tasks. There is a 1:3 on-call rota (clinical calls day and night) with flexibility to cover other areas if needed. Additionally, there are Fridays at CXH involving bench work at CXH Lab.

Requirements

• GMC registration; entry on the specialist register is advantageous but not mandatory
• Experience in infectious diseases
