If you thrive in a regulated environment and want to be part of a team that values precision, compliance, and continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you.

What will you be doing?

As a Microbiology Engineer, your days will be filled with purpose and precision. You’ll be at the heart of our microbiological testing operations, preparing media and conducting routine tests that ensure our products meet the highest standards of sterility. You’ll also contribute to method development and sterilisation validation, ensuring our processes remain robust and compliant. Collaboration will be key, as you work closely with QA, production, and cross-functional teams to keep our operations running smoothly and our patients safe.

What does success look like?

Your keen eye for data will help identify patterns and opportunities for improvement, to keep the lab practices evolving. You’ll be a reliable contributor to investigations and validations, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and medical device regulations. Most importantly, you’ll be helping to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
