Job Title: Microbiologist for AI Model Training

We are seeking a microbiologist to join our team to assist in training AI models. Your role will involve measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

Qualifications and Expertise

• Expert understanding of biology; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not required.
• Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Environmental Science.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in biology, inductive/deductive reasoning, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems-level thinking.
