Job summary

Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC) is seeking a Financial Reporting Accountant to turn financial data into insights, supporting monthly MI reporting and collaborating with Actuarial and Accounting teams to provide clear commentary to senior stakeholders.

You will lead the production and commentary of the MI pack, validate data, and translate complex accounting and regulatory information into concise business insights.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IFRS and Solvency II.
• Life Insurance industry experience and regulatory reporting.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion, FCCS and Workiva.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production and commentary of monthly MI pack with data validation.
• Translate accounting and actuarial data into clear business insights for senior stakeholders.
• Plan and manage year-end timetable and readiness activities.
• Review external and internal reporting for quality and improvements.
• Collaborate across Finance and the wider business on statutory reporting.
