Job Title: Senior Analyst - MI and Insights

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Edinburgh

Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior MI & Insight Analyst to join our Distribution Team at Royal London. You will be responsible for enhancing the analysis and reporting capability in the team, creating actionable insight that informs Distribution's strategy and helps increase the number of productive, sustainable relationships Royal London has with advice firms.

About the role

  • Design, develop and deliver Distribution insight reports
  • Ensure a detailed knowledge of the data sources available to the Distribution Performance team and how and when to use them
  • Own the delivery of the Distribution insight suite
  • Drive continuous improvement of the insights suite to ensure it continuously adds value and remains relevant to the delivery of the Distribution strategy
  • Support with reporting and tracking of performance to budgets and support delivery of Distribution targets

About you

  • Proven experience in a similar role, using data and producing insights
  • High level of expertise in data analysis and excellent understanding of how to present information for maximum understanding and impact
  • Excellent Excel skills with Power BI experience preferable
  • Experience in Financial Services is preferred but not essential
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
