A leading financial institution in Cardiff is seeking an Operational Resource Planner for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on producing and automating management information using Power BI, with strong analytical and workforce planning skills essential. Principality Building Society is embarking on a period of significant cultural transformation to simplify our business and create capacity for purposeful growth. As an Operational Resource Planner, your primary focus will be to produce and automate high-quality management information and business intelligence using Power BI and other tools, enabling data-driven decision-making across a variety of departments.
