The Mental Health Support Team are looking to recruit to a full time Band 3 MHST Support Worker.
The MHST Support Worker is an active member of the team working with others to support the delivery of mental health and emotional wellbeing activities and to deliver positive outcomes for children and young people (aged 5-18 years) and their families. The role will assist the more senior members of the team delivering training and group work.
The post holder will be able to work flexibly across a range of education providers.
The post holder will deliver a range of delegated activities as part of a wider skill mix team to support children, young people and their families by offering age-appropriate information and advice on a range of emotional health, lifestyle and behaviour related issues.
The role will support the early intervention and prevention in relation to supporting the delivery of the whole school approach.
