Job summary

Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust in Dartford is seeking a Band 7 MHST Clinical Supervisor to oversee Education Mental Health Practitioners (EMHP) supervision within the MHSTs. You will work with the MHST Clinical Lead and Operational Manager, undertake EMHP supervisor training, and lead by example in evidence-based CBT while supporting junior staff.

The role emphasises supervision with occasional clinical delivery; you should hold a full UK driving licence and align with NHS

Qualifications

• Good understanding of CBT and evidence-based interventions.
• Ability to lead by example and mentor junior staff.
• Willingness to enrol on EMHP supervisor training.

Responsibilities

• Provide EMHP supervision across MHSTs and contribute to service development.
• Deliver targeted clinical interventions when needed and support Whole School Approach.
• Maintain professional registrations and stay current with CBT guidelines.
