Job summary

The Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust is recruiting Supervisors (band 7) to support the supervision of Education Mental Health Practitioners within the MHSTs. Successful applicants will demonstrate CBT competence and clinical practice leadership to develop junior staff.

We welcome Nurses, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, CBT Therapists and Family Therapists. Some training opportunities may be provided, with a requirement to hold a full UK driving licence and access to

Qualifications

• Must be a registered healthcare professional (NMC/HCPC/BABCP).
• Experience supervising staff and delivering CBT-informed interventions.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car for business use.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to EMHPs and junior staff.
• Lead by example in CBT-informed practice.
• Support service delivery within MHSTs and ensure evidence-based interventions.
