We’re on the lookout for an experienced MHE Trainer to deliver first-class training for our Material Handling Equipment operators at MM Flowers — one of the UK’s leading suppliers of premium flowers and plants.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering RTITB-accredited (or equivalent) training on MHE equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, pallet pullers, etc.)
• Running novice, refresher, and conversion courses for new starters and existing team members
• Leading classroom sessions, hands-on assessments, and post-certification checks
• Managing training records and ensuring full audit compliance
• Partnering with the safety and operations teams to support continuous improvement
• Supporting the site through peak trading periods and helping to scale training delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• RTITB (or equivalent) Certified Trainer
• Solid experience delivering MHE training in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong understanding of pre-use inspections, safe systems of work, and H&S compliance
• Confident communicator, with a proactive and practical approach to training
• Experience keeping training records and working in line with audit standards

Desirable but not essential:

• Knowledge of WMS systems, logistics, or FMCG warehousing
• Experience delivering training during high-volume trading periods
• Trusted – reliable, detail-focused, and accountable
• Passionate – enthusiastic about improving safety and skills
• Dynamic – flexible and creative with your training approach
