We have an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced Training Team in Alconbury as an MHE Trainer. In this role you will deliver training programs for various types of material handling equipment (MHE) to our on-site operations team.
Purpose of the role:
To develop and deliver MHE training to our employees ensuring the safe and proper use of MHE across all MM Flowers sites. The MHE Trainer will be responsible for ensuring that training records are kept up to date, coordinating the planning and delivery of Novice, Refresher and Conversion courses for our teams, ensuring delivery of this training is completed in time and correctly for the delivery of our day to day running and peak periods.

Shift pattern: Work only 7 days in 14 with our 4 on, 3 off, 3 on, 4 off shift pattern working,
