Job summary
Ambitions Personnel in Whittlesey is seeking experienced Plant Operators for temp-to-perm roles in the aggregates and recycling sector. Positions include Telehandler Operator and Loading Shovel Operator with immediate starts.
Typical shifts are Monday to Friday, with UK PAYE pay rate of £15.00–£17.50 per hour and overtime opportunities. NPORS tickets preferred and a strong focus on safety on site.

Plant Operators Wanted – Temp to Perm Opportunities
Whittlesey, PE7
£15.00 – £17.50 per hour (PAYE)

We are recruiting for 3 experienced Plant Operators for temp-to-permanent positions with a well-established company in the aggregates and recycling industry based in Whittlesey, PE7.
1 x Telehandler Operator
2 x Loading Shovel Operator
Current NPORS licenses required.
Monday to Friday
- Morning shifts
- Afternoon shifts
- Operating plant machinery safely and efficiently
- Loading, moving and handling materials
- Supporting daily site operations within aggregates and recycling
- Following site health and safety procedures
- Previous experience operating the relevant machinery
- Valid plant tickets/certifications preferred
- Good understanding of health and safety practices
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
- Temp-to-perm opportunities
- PAYE employment
- £15.00 - £17.50 per hour
- Overtime available
- Monday to Friday working pattern
