Job summary

Lyreco is seeking an experienced MHE Operator at our Distribution Centre in Telford. You will operate a Rider Pallet Truck to move pallets from Goods In to other warehouse areas, while picking orders with high accuracy.

The role requires a valid Rider Pallet Truck licence and previous MHE/warehouse experience, with a focus on safety, teamwork and efficient processes. It is a full-time, on-site position with rotating shifts and salary circa £27,222 plus a shift allowance.

Qualifications

• Valid Rider Pallet Truck licence is essential.
• Experience as an MHE/Pallet Truck Operator or warehouse operative preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; able to work in a busy warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Rider Pallet Truck for the majority of each shift.
• Pick customer orders from ankle height to head height with accuracy.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
• Identify damaged or defective stock and quarantine it.
• Carry out equipment checks and report issues.
• Support the wider warehouse team to ensure excellent customer service.
