Job summary

Jobandtalent is hiring an MHE Operative for PM shifts in Wellingborough. Induction at Corby site during the first week. You will operate MHE equipment to support movement, storage and organisation of goods, with additional warehouse duties when not operating MHE.

Lifting up to 16kg and strict safety practices are required. Shifts run Monday to Friday, 14:00-22:00, with a temporary-ongoing contract. Pay rate is £15.11 per hour, plus benefits such as weekly pay and up to 33 days holiday.

Qualifications

• Mandatory MHE licence HLOP.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Ability to lift up to 16kg.
• Understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE equipment (HLOOP) to move, store and organise goods.
• Carry out general Warehouse Operative duties when not operating MHE.
• Maintain safety and accuracy while working in a physically active environment.
